Hindustan Gaskets has more than 3 decades of experience in manufacturing Gaskets, Shims and Seals. We manufacture gaskets useful in applications such as I.C. Engines, Water and Chemical Pumps, Farm Implements, Power Generation and Transmission Products and many other applications.
The raw materials used include Non-Asbestos Gasket Sheets, PTFE, Cellulose Fiber Papers, Rubberized Cork, Metallic and Non-metallic Gasket Sheets, Plain Graphite, Tanged Graphite, Rubber Various Grades, Metals such as Stainless Steel, CRC Steel, Copper, Brass. We also have in-house facility of Copper Plating over CRC Steel Gaskets.
Gaskets with Silicon Beading are high-performance sealing components designed with an additional Silicon Beading layer to enhance sealing efficiency and thermal stability.
Silicon Bead helps to improve sealability by concentrating load and sealing flange irregularities. We have in-house facility for Silicon Beading over Gaskets.
